Dr. KC Kelly, Producer/Screenwriter/SAG Actor/Owner Chase Films, LLC
Dr. KC Kelly possesses a Bachelor’s Degree, a Master’s degree and a Doctoral degree all in the field of psychology and is an author, journalist, screenwriter, producer, filmmaker and SAG actor.
As a filmmaker, KC’s goal is to adhere to the highest standards in writing, producing, completing and delivering first class, highly marketable feature film presentations.
KC has a vast amount of experience acting on sets for films and has worked with Michael Mann and Oliver Stone. She has done over thirty-five commercials, including a spot with Burt Reynolds and an international spot with Cindy Crawford. KC produced, directed and acted in her first film short in 2008.
KC has trained with Burt Reynolds at the Burt Reynolds’ Institute for Film and Theatre, HB Studios and TVI studios in New York City and Dov Simmens’ two day film school out of Los Angeles, California. KC trained with casting directors in South Florida such as Ed Arenas from Unique Casting and Lori Wyman from Lori Wyman Casting and at Florida Atlantic University.

Ellen Jacoby was appointed to the First Film Advisory Board by Governor Jeb Bush and named “Woman of the Millennium” by Miami Metro Magazine. The former Mayor of Miami Beach proclaimed October 23rd as Ellen Jacoby Day. She is the former Chair of the Infrastructure Committee of the GMCVB and is currently on the Board of the FFPC, Florida Film Production Coalition. Ellen has worked with legislators in Tallahassee regarding the Florida film incentives.
As founder and president of Ellen Jacoby Casting International, a casting office with separate film, television, commercial and Hispanic divisions, Ellen has employed over 230,000 Florida actors, dancers and performers through the years.
